Kung Fu Panda 4 is already planned by Dreamworks. Here's what Jeffrey Katzenberg who's animation chief at Dreamworks told to Empire Magazine:

"Kung Fu Panda actually has 6 chapters to it, and we’ve mapped that out over the years."
